As a SaaS product it’s a really well designed, feature rich and incredibly useful toolkit for customer service and other business functions that benefit from automation. It’s easy to setup and use and integrates with pretty much everything so you can setup online forms (for example) and have the data sent to email providers and stored in a database for you to query. If you need custom functionality the Malcolm! Team are amazing and will build what you need, but you can do most things out of the box.
