The best customer service software for growing startups

My favorite customer service solution
Zendesk is pretty great! The setup process was easy even though I'm not too tech-savvy. I love the integrated chat feature which allows me to communicate real-time with my customers. It provides us with better communication and helps us to keep track of our conversations. The ability to track progress and timelines of user requirements from idea to implementation is very helpful. The only downside was figuring out all the features - took me a little bit of time to learn everything.
