It's Microsoft...you get what you get.
The seamless integration of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint allows me to be more productive than ever. The cloud storage feature is a game-changer, as it lets me access my files from anywhere. The only downside I found is the occasional lag when editing larger documents. But overall, it's a top-notch software.

What do you get when you buy Microsoft 365?
This will depend on the plan that you select. In general, you can choose between different types of plans: personal, family, or one of the business plans. The Personal and Family subscriptions include the core Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and substantial cloud storage on OneDrive​. Plus other tools like Outlook and Clipchamp. For businesses, Microsoft 365 has multiple plan options depending on your needs. Are Microsoft 365 and Office 365 the same?
Microsoft 365 is a suite of apps that includes all the features of Office 365 along with additional services for businesses and individuals. Office 365 is the collection of Microsoft's main productivity applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, without the additional business management and security tools.

Can Microsoft 365 Family be used for business?
Microsoft 365 Family doesn’t have the ideal features for businesses, and it is generally against the terms of service. While you could technically use some of the apps for a small range of business activities, it is not the intended purpose of this plan.

Can Microsoft 365 be used offline?
Yes but to an extent. Some Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint can be downloaded in their desktop versions and once enabled, can be used offline. Other apps and services require an internet connection, so you won’t be able to use them offline. For example, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
