Disappointing Customer Support & Platform Issues.
I gotta say, I wasn't blown away by my experience using Intercom. The pricing structure is pretty steep for what you get, and the customer support was a bit lackluster. Plus, the platform is not as intuitive as I had hoped, and it took me a while to figure out how to use all of its features. I also noticed some glitches and bugs while using it, which was frustrating. Overall, I don't think I'll be sticking with Intercom for much longer.
