Freshworks is a comprehensive CRM platform with a range of tools for customer service, sales, and marketing, and it has integrations with other business tools and platforms. Hubspot is a CRM and marketing platform with tools for sales, marketing, and customer service, and it also has integrations with other business tools and platforms. The best choice for your business will depend on your specific needs and budget.
Posted by Emmie EricksonJan 4, 2023
Both are popular customer relationship management tools and which one is "better" depends on the specific needs and goals of an organization. I would suggest to evaluate the features and capabilities of both tools and determine which one aligns better with your business requirements. They might have free trial/plans that you can explore. Good luck!

Folk vs Freshsales
Anyone out there have hands-on experience with either platform? How seamless are the integrations, and which one proved more elegant in bringing together different aspects of your workflow?Posted by Shanice SampsonApr 10, 2024
In my experience, Freshsales has its integration perks, but Folk takes the lead in terms of customization. The ability to adapt the CRM to our specific workflow, from sales to recruiting and prospecting, has streamlined our processes like never before.
Posted by Chad BeanJan 29, 2024
I found Folk to be a step ahead. The pipeline views in Folk made managing our contact processes surprisingly efficient. It felt like the system was tailor-made for our workflow, allowing for a seamless transition between different stages.

How does SaaS integrate with existing systems?
I work for a growing company that currently relies on a combination of on-premises software and manual processes. We're considering adopting SaaS applications to streamline our operations, but we want to ensure a smooth integration with our existing systems. I'm particularly interested in real-world experiences and practical advice from individuals who have gone through SaaS integration projects. Thank you in advance!Posted by Miranda WilliamsJul 13, 2023
One key advice I can offer is to thoroughly assess your existing systems and data requirements before selecting a SaaS solution, ensuring compatibility, and developing a clear migration plan to avoid any surprises during the integration process. Involve your IT team early on and leverage the expertise of your SaaS provider.

CRM Recommendations with Seamless Integration
I'm currently in search of a CRM software that plays well with other business applications. Integration is key for me. Any recommendations for CRMs that integrate smoothly with other business apps, such as email marketing platforms, project management tools, or accounting software would be appreciated!Posted by Joseph CobbJul 11, 2023
I've used Copper as my CRM. It integrates seamlessly with the other business apps we use in the team (like G Suite, Slack, and Mailchimp) making it a breeze to manage our customer relationships and streamline our workflows. It also helped us have a unified view of our contacts, activities, and communication history, all within one powerful platform.

Asana is a powerful project management tool with a user-friendly interface, customizable boards, and task tracking. However, reporting and analytics could be improved.
Monday excels in simplicity and visual appeal, with easy task management, workflow customization, and automation. Complex pricing may be a drawback.
Hubspot is a comprehensive CRM with marketing and sales tools. It offers contact management, deal tracking, and workflow automation. The learning curve can be steep, and pricing is higher compared to standalone project management tools.

There are a lot of options for CRMs, but these are the only three I would recommend:
Salesforce CRM: A leading cloud-based CRM software that offers a wide range of features such as contact management, sales automation, marketing automation, and analytics. It also offers a Chrome extension that gives you easy access to your Salesforce data.
HubSpot CRM: A free, all-in-one CRM software that allows you to manage your contacts, deals, and tasks all in one place. It integrates with Gmail and other Google apps and offers a variety of features such as lead capture forms, email tracking, and automation workflows.
Freshsales CRM: A CRM solution that is designed for sales teams, it offers features like lead management, sales automation, and email tracking, it also has a Chrome extension.
