Freshworks or Hubspot?
One of our goals this year is to set up a CRM for my company. As of now I am the only sales person, but we will be expanding 2nd quarter of 2023.Primary purpose of the CRM will be contact management, tracking leads, forecasting revenue etc.
Would love to hear what you are using.

Both are popular customer relationship management tools and which one is "better" depends on the specific needs and goals of an organization.
