We've been using Square Retail POS for about a year now, and it has definitely streamlined our retail operations. The inventory management feature can easily keep track of stock levels, set up alerts for low inventory, and generate detailed reports on what's selling and what's not. The sales reporting too has also helped us make informed decisions about restocking and marketing strategies.

I can say that the audio clarity is consistently high, and I haven't encountered any noticeable lag or drops in connection during my calls. The system seems to adapt well to varying internet speeds, and even on slower connections, the call quality remains surprisingly good.
