I've used Deel recently. If I'm not mistaken, when you create the EOR contract for your employee, a management fee in USD will also be set for that specific employee.

You can calculate it by multiplying the total amount paid to the contractor by the platform fee percentage, and add the result as a separate line item.

We've been using Deel, and I must say, their payment system for international contractors is pretty impressive.
