EmailOctopus vs User.com: Which one should I choose for email marketings?
I'm in the market for a new email marketing platform and I'm torn between EmailOctopus and User.com. Both platforms seem to have their strengths and weaknesses, but I'm not sure which one will be the best fit for my business. Have you used either of these platforms before? Which one did you prefer and why?H

I prefer User.com because it has multi-channel marketing platform with advanced personalization and automation features that suits my needs.

What pipeline steps do you use in Pipedrive?
I'm seeking ideas on how other teams divide the sales process, as our team might improve by incorporating additional stages into our current workflow.A
Posted by Abdirahman ZahraMar 27, 2023
I start with Lead Generation/Prospecting to find potential customers and collect their info. Then, move on to Qualification to figure out if they're a good fit and have the budget. Next is, Meeting/Discovery to show off your product and learn about their needs.
Once you've got that covered, it's time for Proposal/Quote to lay out the details, followed by Negotiation to address any concerns and close the deal. But don't forget about Post-Sale, where you follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction. And that's it, simple and effective pipeline steps to help you sell.

Has anyone used Freshservice as a CRM for non-IT purposes?
My company is contemplating the adoption of Freshservice to manage our IT tickets, but they're also suggesting that we use it for our field service reporting.Do you think it's possible to leverage this SaaS for our field service reporting needs?
Ideally, I'd like to be able to list assets, create future tickets for preventive maintenance work, and generate custom reports for our customers.

Anyone use FreeAgent CRM?
As someone who used Salesforce in a large organization and is now leading sales at a startup, I find myself struggling with HubSpot's limitations compared to Salesforce when it comes to enterprise B2B sales cycles. Despite investing primarily in HubSpot for marketing, I'm currently exploring both Salesforce and FreeAgent. FreeAgent has impressed me so far, but I would love to hear from users about their experiences with it. Salesforce is around twice the cost and requires more for integration, which is difficult for me to justify. So, if you're a FreeAgent user, could you share your thoughts on what you like, dislike, or any major pitfalls or strengths?B
Posted by Beatrice BennettMar 16, 2023
FreeAgent CRM is a solid option for small to medium-sized businesses looking for an affordable and user-friendly CRM solution. Love the ease of use, simple to learn and has most of the great features such as Quick Books, Xero, Sage.

Favro splits its pricing structure unlike Trello. You can access higher paid plans with more features even if you only have a couple of users.

I think if you want to achieve comprehensive testing coverage, it is recommended to use a combination of all three types of tests: unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Unit tests should be run frequently during development, while integration and end-to-end tests can be run less frequently but still regularly to catch any issues that may have been missed.

Personally, I think Unit test is the most useful one because it can catch issues early and ensure that individual components are working as intended.

What calendar app can be used to cross-reference at least two Gmail calendars?
I am looking for a calendar tool that can cross-reference multiple Google calendars belonging to me and my coworkers to avoid scheduling conflicts when arranging meetings with clients. Ideally, the tool would integrate three calendars, but at least two is acceptable. While I am aware that Calendly has some cross-referencing capabilities, I am curious if there are other solutions available that are more suitable. Thank you in advance.U
