For my last event, I kicked things off with a fun icebreaker using Airmeet's networking features. It instantly broke the virtual ice and set a lively tone. Participants loved it, and engagement soared.

One thing I discovered is how customizable the stages are. I set up different sections for speakers, Q&A, and group discussions. Attendees loved the variety, and it kept the energy high. Definitely recommend playing around with the stage setups!

What pipeline steps do you use in Pipedrive?
I'm seeking ideas on how other teams divide the sales process, as our team might improve by incorporating additional stages into our current workflow.

I start with Lead Generation/Prospecting to find potential customers and collect their info. Then, move on to Qualification to figure out if they're a good fit and have the budget. Next is, Meeting/Discovery to show off your product and learn about their needs.

Once you've got that covered, it's time for Proposal/Quote to lay out the details, followed by Negotiation to address any concerns and close the deal. But don't forget about Post-Sale, where you follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction. And that's it, simple and effective pipeline steps to help you sell.
