GitHub Actions for Workflow Automation
I'm new to GitHub, and I've been hearing about GitHub Actions. Can someone shed light on what they are and how they can be leveraged to automate various aspects of the development workflow?Posted by Lois EricksonSep 14, 2023
GitHub Actions are incredibly handy for automating tasks in your development process. For example, you can set up Actions to automatically run tests whenever someone pushes new code to your repository, deploy your application to a server when changes are merged to the main branch, or even send notifications to your team on specific events. The best part is, it's all configured using YAML files right in your repository, so it's version-controlled and easy to manage.
