The key was simplicity. Instead of overwhelming newcomers with every feature, we focused on the core functionalities: boards, lists, and cards. We then created a shared board labeled "Trello Training" where team members could freely add cards, comments, and checklists to get the hang of it. As they got more confident, we introduced more advanced features gradually. I'd also recommend sharing some tutorials or webinars Trello offers; they provide a wealth of information in digestible chunks.
