Been using Dropbox for a while, and here's what works for me: first, consider compressing large files into ZIP archives before uploading. This can significantly reduce file sizes. Second, take advantage of shared folders. Instead of sending individual file links, create shared folders and invite collaborators. This way, the shared content doesn't count against your storage limit, and everyone can access the files without syncing them to their local storage, which can slow things down.
