I've been using GoDeskless for my field service business for the past six months, and I must say, the platform really delivers on its promise of streamlining operations and improving customer interactions. The scheduling and dispatching features have helped us optimize our routes and respond to service calls more efficiently. The mobile messaging has been handy too, allowing us to keep clients updated about appointment timings and progress.
