Creately vs Lucidart

I'm contemplating whether to use Creately or Lucidchart as visual collaboration software for my team. These platforms supposedly provide a variety of diagramming tools to facilitate better communication. Has anyone here utilized both of these solutions and could shed some light on their pros and cons? Any input about their ease of use, versatility, and team collaboration features would be greatly appreciated!

I've used both Creately and Lucidchart. Creately offers a user-friendly interface and real-time collaboration, however Lucidchart has a wide range of templates and integrations which I need so I have been using this.
