Notion is great for a shared list for people to have visibility on. It was great for our team to see what everyone was doing, add comments and notes to each other.

Hi Jennie! I use Notion a bit, but don't love the interface. (My preference is Coda - https://coda.io -- though they are pretty similar.)

I haven't needed to pay for Notion, so I'm not so familiar with the benefits of upgrading.

Notion is widely regarded as a powerful tool for team collaboration. As for the Plus plan, it depends on how you use it. The Plus plan provides additional features like what you mentioned about the unlimited file upload. I'm thinking about upgrading myself. Let me know how it goes!
