Includes the CRM with custom records and fields; table, pipeline, and calendar views; email sync and campaigns; meeting summaries; reports and dashboards; AI Assistant and Autopilot workflows; integrations; and API and MCP access. Limits include 5 team members per workspace, 250,000 records per table, and 1 mailbox connection per user.
- Business — $59 per seat/month billed yearly, or $79 per seat/month billed monthly. Includes everything in Pro, plus priority support for migration and setup and more capacity: 25 team members per workspace, 1,000,000 records per table, and 5 mailbox connections per user. Custom integrations are available by contacting SoftSync.
- Enterprise — custom pricing. Offers tailored limits for team members, groups, records, mailboxes, and usage, with unlimited capacity available for agreed requirements. Includes priority support; contact SoftSync about custom integrations.
