Notion is great for a shared list for people to have visibility on. It was great for our team to see what everyone was doing, add comments and notes to each other.

Hi Jennie! I use Notion a bit, but don't love the interface. (My preference is Coda - https://coda.io -- though they are pretty similar.)
I haven't needed to pay for Notion, so I'm not so familiar with the benefits of upgrading.
