ClubHealth for Startups is a underwhelming platform. The user-interface is clunky and confusing to navigate. It feels like they rushed the development without properly testing it. Additionally, there is a lack of variety in the wellness programs offered on their marketplace. It would be great to see more options for employees to choose from. The reimbursement process for gym memberships is also quite cumbersome and time-consuming. Overall, I expected more from ClubHealth and I am disappointed with the overall experience.
