Our team loves development, but no one really understood sysops.
Whenever something went wrong, the pressure on the team was immense.
ElasticScale took over our entire architecture and has been highly proactive in cutting costs, by 3K per month!
Since the collaboration started, the platform has been incredibly stable.
I strongly recommend ElasticScale to any dev team that wants to focus on building the best possible SaaS product.

We worked with ElasticScale (Alex) to migrate our AWS infrastructure as part of scaling up Snitcher and preparing for ISO 27001. Before the migration, our CPU would buckle under peak load roughly twice a week, and around 15% of our team's time disappeared into babysitting CPU, data flows, and AWS config — with another monthly fire or two on top. Since the migration, all of that is gone. It just runs.
A few things stood out about working with Alex specifically: deep AWS expertise (you don't have to over-explain what you're building, he gets it and usually has a better version of your idea), genuinely organized communication (every call followed up with a transcript, action items, and owners), and proactive monitoring — he flags things in our setup we wouldn't have noticed ourselves. When our go-live hit some unexpected edge cases (hard to fully simulate real internet traffic with synthetic data), he put in significantly more hours than scoped to get us stable.
The business impact: AWS bill down ~40% post-migration with more savings expected, peak-time CPU issues eliminated, and the team can focus on shipping features instead of infrastructure. We considered a couple of alternatives — an AWS-recommended partner where communication didn't inspire confidence, and a Dutch firm with Brazilian DevOps that lacked the right expertise — but once we had a call with Alex it was a quick decision.

Alex and his team have been very helpful setting up our new environment. We were unaware just how inefficient were operating until he detailed out the differences and explained the benefits of containerizing. We have great confidence in his team. Alex has even gone outside the scope of our agreement to help us in other areas as well. We made the right choice choosing ElasticScale.
