I've used both Creately and Lucidchart. Creately offers a user-friendly interface and real-time collaboration, however Lucidchart has a wide range of templates and integrations which I need so I have been using this.

Ever since I started using Boxward, I've noticed a significant reduction in emails landing in Spam and fewer disabled emails. Plus, it's much easier to track and maintain the health of my email deliverability
