Zoho CRM offers a lot of flexibility in terms of creating custom modules, fields, and even automating certain tasks. However, I won't lie – getting everything set up exactly as I wanted took a bit of time and experimentation. The learning curve is there, but Zoho's support and resources helped me navigate through it.

Their licensing terms are quite flexible for commercial purposes. You can use their assets in things like websites, ads, brochures, and more. Just be aware that there might be restrictions on using their content in sensitive topics like tobacco, adult content, etc. Always read the licensing terms for each asset you plan to use, but in general, it's been a reliable source for my commercial projects.

Its multi-currency feature automatically updates exchange rates, which helps me keep my records accurate. Converting and tracking transactions is pretty seamless – just make sure to set up the currencies correctly, and QuickBooks will do the rest.
