Wunderlist or Todoist?
Which one is better for managing tasks and to-do lists: Wunderlist or Todoist? What features do you especially like?L

I prefer Wunderlist interface but Todoist is my go-to app for productivity. It doubles as a robust project management application, has templates to create checklists, better filters and has keyboard shortcuts.

Is ActiveCampaign a good contender to Mailchimp at the 50-100K subscriber mark?I know ActiveCampaign boasts better automation and dynamic content features over Mailchimp. Curious to hear from others' experience using these tools.

On average, you can expect to pay anywhere from $10 to $100 per user per month for a CRM. Some CRMs offer pricing plans based on the number of users, while others offer plans based on the level of functionality and support.

The top seven metrics are Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Churn Rate, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Gross Margin, and Burn Rate. These metrics help SaaS startups determine their financial health, customer satisfaction, profitability, and ability to acquire and retain customers.

What are the best website builders right now?
What are the best free, or low-price, ecommerce website builders available for us right now? I know nothing about how free the 'free' ones really are, like whether they would charge a fee after a while.K

Squarespace and Webflow are great options but Webflow is a cheaper alternative for website design and development when compared to Squarespace.

If I may just chip in - when choosing your web development platform you might want to also look out for those that are better for building low-carbon websites. Look for hosting ghat is using renewable energy but look for more than that, some providers like IONOS have some fairly good sustainability practices.
Either way, you might want to use @digital carbon online to track and report on your entire websites carbon emissions over time

What is the best project management app?
I run a small business. I would like an app that we are all connected to so everyone is kept up to date and I can schedule accordingly. Currently, I run everything through Google. What is the best project management app that you can recommend?Posted by Nathan HoldenJan 16, 2023
Clickup is the best project management tool because it includes every tool you need to schedule, organize, and collaborate on projects. It also has an easy-to-use interface.

I have used several but I can recommend the following:
Monday - a Work OS that allows organizations to run any process and project effectively across all departments. Through customizable workflows, apps, and integrations, the platform helps teams improve collaboration, increase transparency, and automate manual tasks.
Hive - a process and project management tool and platform power by AI. Hive is perfect for those looking to boost their productivity as well as their process management.
nTask - an online task management platform used by smart teams to make checklists, manage projects, collaborate with project teams, schedule meetings, share files and more.
Clickup - a productivity platform with over 100 features to manage tasks, goals, documents, and more. Some of these features include milestones and customizable views for project management, calendars and collaboration tools.

FreshService integration
How do I integrate FreshService with other tools and systems that my organization uses?Posted by Andre HowardJan 16, 2023
To integrate FreshService with other tools and systems, determine which tools and systems you want to integrate, check if FreshService has built-in integrations with them, use integration platforms like Zapier or Integromat if necessary, or use FreshService's API to build a custom integration if needed. Hope that helps!
Posted by Marian VoicuJan 4, 2024
You can also use PROCESIO to build custom integrations using FreshService API
PROCESIO is a bit more technical than Zapier or Integromat, but way more powerful.

Best SaaS companies to get in now?
I am currently working for a SaaS startup for 2 years now. I'm not completely sold on switching companies just yet but I am exploring my options. What are some of the best SaaS companies in terms of pay, company potential, and general enjoyment of working for the company?Posted by Hallie PowersJan 15, 2023
I would personally suggest finding Series A growth companies. Virtual learning and virtual event companies are going to continue to grow as well.

What do you think of the app Notion?
Is it really helpful for team collaboration? Do you recommend getting the Plus plan so I can upload unlimited files?Posted by Evan HammerFeb 4, 2023
Hi Jennie! I use Notion a bit, but don't love the interface. (My preference is Coda - https://coda.io -- though they are pretty similar.)
I haven't needed to pay for Notion, so I'm not so familiar with the benefits of upgrading.

Notion is great for a shared list for people to have visibility on. It was great for our team to see what everyone was doing, add comments and notes to each other.
