As a small business owner, I'm looking for an email marketing platform that can help me reach my target audience effectively. In my opinion, Mailchimp has a more user-friendly interface and offers more customization options for your emails. However, Constant Contact has better customer support and their templates are more polished. I hope this helps you make a decision!
