Leaner, more optimised sites built form scratch can often lead to better performance and user experience - which helps with SEO. But more than that, you'll be also have more control on your websites' carbon footprint.
You can then use tools like @digital carbon online to measure, track and report on your entire website carbon footprint, helping you further optimise, reduce CO2 and improve not just your green credentials but your customer experience too.

My company works with a number of ATS softwares (I own a background check company and we integrate with 25+ ATS companies). The short, somewhat vague answer, is that it depends what you are looking to accomplish and what functionality/capabilities you might need from the software. Without knowing what you are looking to accomplish, I’d say Payscale is a good option, but might be a bit robust. Talentreef is less robust, but a good application for recruitment focused companies. If you’d like an introduction to either company, I’d be happy to make an introduction.

Live chat can have a positive impact on conversion rates. A previous company I worked for reported increases of up to 20%, we were also getting good traffic. There are other factors that may contribute to the effectiveness of live chat in increasing conversion like the responsiveness of the chat, the quality of the customer service, and the ability of the chat to address customer questions and concerns in real-time.
