How much does live chat increase conversion?
Would you recommend using live chat feature to increase conversion? We get a substantial traffic and I was wondering if this is something we can implement to increase conversion rate.A
Posted by Alessandro MichaelMar 28, 2023
Yes, I think Live chat can be a valuable tool for businesses to increase their conversion rates by providing immediate support to customers and addressing their concerns in real-time.
Posted by Aidan RaymondJan 2, 2023
Live chat can have a positive impact on conversion rates. A previous company I worked for reported increases of up to 20%, we were also getting good traffic. There are other factors that may contribute to the effectiveness of live chat in increasing conversion like the responsiveness of the chat, the quality of the customer service, and the ability of the chat to address customer questions and concerns in real-time.

Leadfeeder helps you identify the companies that visit your website, track their movements on your site, and determine where they are coming from.
Posted by Abbey ThomasJan 15, 2023
Leadfeeder is great. It identifies anonymous companies visiting your site and their intent to purchase. Their database can also help you find the email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles of the decision makers in those companies.

What is the most effective metric for a SaaS business?
What is the single most effective metric for a SaaS (Software as a Service) business to track in order to understand the health and success of the business?"Posted by Mary WillisJan 2, 2023
It's definitely the MRR. By keeping an eye on your MRR, you can get a better understanding of how your business is performing and identify areas for improvement.

Some important metrics for SaaS businesses to track include MRR, CAC, LTV, and NPS. MRR reflects long-term sustainability, CAC helps a business understand the efficiency of customer acquisition efforts, LTV helps a business understand the value of its customer base, and NPS helps a business understand customer satisfaction and loyalty.

How easy is it to use Quickbooks?
Anyone used Quickbooks before? Is the interface intuitive and user-friendly, or is it confusing and difficult to navigate?A
Posted by Alyssia HowellFeb 2, 2023
In my opinion, the interface of QuickBooks is designed to be user-friendly, with an intuitive layout and easy-to-use navigation. From my experience, QuickBooks is easy to learn and use, with a range of features that make it suitable for a variety of accounting tasks.

Assuming you are getting started with QuickBooks but familiar with accounting practices, this will help shorten the learning curve, and make your life easier.
If you make use of the test drive, it will help you when you are getting started with QuickBooks. There is sample data you can play around with.
So yes, QuickBooks is easy to use, on the surface.

It will depend on the specific app and its intended use. For example, a web traffic analytic app could include data on the number of visitors to a website, the pages they visit, the duration of their visit, and more.
Do you have a specific app in mind?
