NordVPN vs SurfShark
As a new SaaS user, I know the importance of reliable support. Between NordVPN and SurfShark, which service has impressed you with their customer support?L
Posted by Lucie McconnellJan 18, 2024
A provider's ability to provide excellent customer care is crucial, and NordVPN excels in this area. Their support staff was not only quick to respond to our questions, but also really helpful. Knowing that there is a solid safety net available when you need it is reassuring. Support is clearly superior with NordVPN.

Chat and more
Reaching our to the community as we have just released Qwil on the NachoNacho platform. Qwil is an all-in one staff and client communication platform, call it a professional Whatsapp (but one which is really secure and GDPR compliant) for chat, secure doc sharing, e-signature, file manager etc etc. We built it for the banking industry and now cater for all sectors and all sizes. My questions to you:
How important is security? Are you worried about email phishing? SMS Smishing? Are your clients? do you hate encrypted email (i do)?
How about compliance? Are you concerned about data privacy, protection, GDPR, HIPAA and all those acronyms. Is the ability to own and monitor your staff conversations (and those who leave) important?
Are you looking to save money? i.e" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">i.e. just too many apps? DocuSign, Slack, email, portals etc...jumping from one to another
Are you looking to make more money? i.e" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">i.e reduce your sales cycle, improve onboarding process, speed up things, reduce the chasing
How do you generally engage externally with prospects and clients?
No need to answer all :) but feedback on certain pain points you have in your industry always useful for us to progress.
Of course always keen on feedback on Qwil - which is why we are not offering a free trial but a full plan for $1 for 60 days.

As a SaaS marketing consultant, I've seen firsthand the importance of robust security measures to protect sensitive data and user information. Clients are rightly concerned about these threats, and providers need to implement comprehensive security protocols to safeguard their platforms and users.
When it comes to compliance, the landscape is complex, with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA requiring strict adherence to data privacy and protection standards. SaaS providers must invest in compliance efforts to ensure they meet these requirements, as non-compliance can lead to severe legal and financial consequences.
I'm curious - what kind of security do you have in place?

Norton LifeLock - Need Opinions
In terms of security, is it worth using LifeLock if I follow security guidelines such as adhering to NIST requirements and recommendations, utilizing a password manager, and utilizing unique passwords for each account?Posted by Bernice ColeApr 12, 2023
While following security guidelines such as NIST requirements and recommendations, using a password manager, and utilizing unique passwords for each account are all great practices, there is always a chance that your personal information could be compromised. LifeLock offers identity theft protection and can alert you if suspicious activity occurs, which is an added layer of security.

How can I protect my internet activity and information when using the internet?
I used to switch devices from my work PC to my mobile device and back to my office computer -I want to know if I can protect my personal data while using the internet.O
Posted by Olga SokoloaMar 14, 2023
You can take several steps, such as using a VPN to encrypt your internet traffic and mask your IP address, using strong and unique passwords for each online account, enabling 2FA for an extra layer of security, keeping your software up to date to ensure security patches are applied, being cautious when using public Wi-Fi, using encrypted messaging apps for sensitive conversations, and using a secure email provider that offers end-to-end encryption.
