What we do
You're often in your own way when trying to reach high levels of performance. The ability to clearly and comfortably express your goals, vision and follow through with action is imperative. Especially when leading others.
What's even more important is having the ability to center yourself, recognize your own efforts and get back on your path after getting knocked off.
Even if you're doing "well on paper" and being "productive" for work, if we neglect the balance between our personal and professional needs for too long, we find ourselves overwhelmed and lost. Too many of us experience this lack of work/life balance today.
You feel stuck, overwhelmed, "not good enough," impostor syndrome and may even self sabotage when things start to go your way.
Some external validation would be nice but that won't bring the peace you're looking for.
You feel frustrated about your current situation. Like you're putting in a lot of work but not making progress on what really matters.
Some of you are stressed because you think you don't have enough time to change, lack the freedom to grow or are just uncertain of what should be done in the first place.
This affects not just yourself, but also those you depend on you.
You keep reading books, listening to audiobooks, looking at YouTube videos but none of these bring the real answers you're looking for.
That's because instead of looking for a copy and paste path to follow, you need to learn how to create one of your own.
I know all of this because I went through the same struggles.
I combined my experience in sales, leadership, team building, personal development and lifetime of martial arts practice to create a structure and program to do just that.
