What tools or systems do you use to improve your productivity?

I may be slightly biased as I own the company, but I use Hibox, which is a business chat and collaboration platform. What we're building is a complete productivity suite that can be run from one location, so your question is close to my heart personally.
We've added a scheduling tool like Calendly, and are currently adding a CRM/invoicing/email marketing tool, a ChatGPT based content creation tool (and AI integration into the products), HR management and recruiting tools as well.
I would be very interested to know what other people would like to have in a productivity suite like Hibox?

I like the approach you guys are taking, it's like a Superapp for team collaboration! Do you guys do document management? I didn't see that on first glance of your website, but that would be extremely useful as a team productivity feature. Do you guys build all of your own features or rely on a lot of external APIs (aside from ChatGPT)? Do you offer an external integration for other companies to tap into?

With a built in Time/Scheduling capabilities, I have been using TripLog which is handy to also record all of my mileage/expenses that get incurred during my Day to Day business expenditure.

In the financial services sector we see more and more usage of video chat technology to interact with customers remotely from with web stes and apps. Eazyshow.com is used in some cases and contribute significantly to client that use it as far as improving their productivity.

I use ConectoHub. It has all the main features like project management and OKR tracking plus you can visualize tasks using the Kanban and Gantt view which I think is pretty cool :)

I use Asana to keep myself organized at home. (I'm a remote product consultant and OKR coach.) For me though, the key is how I use the tools. Everyday I do a daily wrap-up where I plan out the next day. So it's all in Asana, but that fact that my todo list is important (to me) and feels manageable is key.

I just started using ClickUp to manage projects and tasks with a third-party web development. I'm a fan! I've used Notion, Asana, and Trello for project management before, and I do like ClickUp the most so far.
