What we do
I help small and mid-size businesses build and improve their sales revenue. Using assessments and discovery processes, I uncover areas that may be holding back sales growth - whether it is people, process, infrastructure or management. I build a plan, implement the plan and work with the business to help grow. Owners can decide to use the assessment and take a DIY approach, or they can engage with to be the sales leader or just build with their existing sales leader. I have recruiting, training and personnel assessments services I bring in with me. I examine and refine all processes, structure, tools, compensation plans, quota and territory assignments, and performance management practices as well. I review and handle all things that deal with the sales department - whether in startup mode where we build a playbook to start, a mature company looking to revive stalled growth, or an owner looking to create a transition so they can sell / exit.
