What we do
I have more than 20 years of experience in HR, including having served as a fulltime and fractional Chief People Officer for multiple start-ups and small to mid-sized businesses. I have experience across all the major HR functions, including HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management, Learning & Development, DEI, Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing, Culture & Engagement, OD, and Employee Experience (EX). The HR programs I have delivered have been recognized with several external awards, including the Workforce Optimus, Brandon Hall Excellence Award, CLO Learning in Practice, CandE, and Asia Best Employer Brand awards. I was previously honored as a Workforce Game-Changer, which recognizes the next generation of innovative, dynamic leaders to watch in human resources and workplace management.
I also hold a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, which has equipped me with a strong skillset in business transformation and process improvement to enable the creation of effective and efficient HR programs that drive high performance. I also obtained a Change Leadership certification from BMGI. Finally, I obtained an AI Strategy certification through Cornell University to be equipped to help organizations transition to a more AI-enabled workplace.
