I have more than 20 years of experience in HR, including having served as a fulltime and fractional Chief People Officer for multiple start-ups and small to mid-sized businesses. I have experience across all the major HR functions, including HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management, Learning & Development, DEI, Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing, Culture & Engagement, OD, and Employee Experience (EX).
