Birdie Talent has partnered with a Series A startup, Gridwise, and grew an Analytics team from 2 to 6 people in a few months. Currently, I'm working with a CPA firm in a fractional capacity of 20 hours per month. I overhauled their entire recruiting process, built out a candidate tracking system, and am continuously hiring for open Tax-related roles. I have the capacity to work on a fractional basis with other companies, and am looking for a great company with an outstanding product to partner with!
Prior to founding Birdie Talent, I have recruited for 7 years, at a variety of different companies, hiring specialized Engineers at tech giants like Meta and Uber, medium sized companies like Seismic (SaaS), and a small, Series B startup - Coder.
