We have been using Freshchat and it helps us respond to customers immediately. LiveChat is also a good option so I suggest taking the time to explore the two. Having a live chat system has improved customer satisfaction and also provided us with valuable data and insights.

While I've had a generally positive experience with Shopify for physical goods, when it came to digital, Sellfy was a more straightforward choice for me. The instant delivery feature for digital products and the built-in DRM for PDFs were quite handy.
