Efficient Social Media Customer Support Tool
I started using Juphy for managing my social media interactions and it has made my life so much easier. The fact that it's not a social media management software but a powerful customer support tool is exactly what I needed. It's very easy to navigate and the shared inbox feature is a game-changer for customer support teams. Although I had some trouble setting it up at first, the customer support team was very helpful and responsive. My only wish is that it could integrate with more social media platforms. But overall, I highly recommend Juphy for anyone looking to streamline their customer support on social media.

Nice little social media tool
