Founded in 2015, Human Interest is an affordable and automated 401(k) and 403(b) provider that’s on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits. Human Interest helps reduce the burden of managing a 401(k) plan with easy setup and administration, in-house recordkeeping, and streamlined onboarding for employees.

Human Interest Pricing
*Concierge customers starting a new Human Interest retirement plan by July 31, 2024 are eligible to receive up to $5,000 in tech credits. The tech credit amount is off of Human Interest Inc. SaaS fees and varies based on the payroll software platform and the number of employees (see your Order Form for more details). To qualify, customers must complete onboarding and email a copy of the payroll partner invoice to hi-promos@humaninterest.com (collectively, “Credit Request”) within 30 days after signing the order form for new plans, and 60 days for conversion plans. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact Human Interest to receive the tech credit. The tech credit will be applied to the customer’s Human Interest account within 15-45 business days after the close of the quarter in which the Credit Request is completed.

(2) Payroll Integrations. 3 Employees pay a recordkeeping services and custody-related asset fee of 0.05% to Human Interest Inc., an investment advisory fee of 0.01% to Human Interest Advisors, and an average fund fee of .006%, monthly. Asset fees are deducted monthly from the employee's account according to the HII Terms of Service and HIA Terms of Service. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. If the plan sponsor elects to hire an external investment advisor, the plan sponsor will pay such advisor as agreed between the plan sponsor and advisor. Average fund fees as of 6/30/24. Asset-weighted average of mutual fund annual net operating expenses ("expense ratio") for all plan participants invested in Human Interest Advisors' Model Portfolios ("Models"). Provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual, average fund expenses a participant experiences vary based on the specific Model selected, allocation changes to Models, whether participants opt out of Models and choose their own investments and allocations, or allocation drift, especially in volatile markets. Model allocations and underlying mutual fund expenses are subject to change. Before investing, carefully review the fund’s prospectus, which includes, among other things, a description of fees and expenses a fund will charge.
(4) (k)ickstart™ is Human Interest’s program to encourage positive retirement savings behavior. The program is available to anyone in an employer-sponsored 401(k) or 403(b) provided by Human Interest Inc. The program is designed especially for first-time savers, and includes educational tools like (k)ickstart webinars and a 10-part series of financial wellness tips and tools, the (k)ickstart curriculum. In addition to education, the program includes a financial incentive: 3% cash back (up to $250) is available to eligible individuals making $60,000 or less in gross income and contributing at least 8% of every paycheck to an eligible Human Interest plan over a 12-month period. Its subsidiary and registered investment adviser, Human Interest Advisors will earn more in asset-based fees if a plan participant increases their contribution in connection with the program.
