Pricey, but good
The software is user-friendly and the setup was straightforward. However, I found the pricing to be a bit steep for my small startup. Additionally, there were some occasional glitches with data reporting which caused frustration. Overall, Mixpanel is a great analytics tool, but I wish it had more affordable pricing options and improved reliability.

Insightful but Complicated Analytics Tool
I signed up for Mixpanel to test its analytics features for my startup but I found it more complicated than expected. The interface is a bit confusing at first and some of the features were not intuitive, which made me struggle a bit to get what I wanted. At the end of the day, it did help me get some insights on user behaviors, which was the ultimate goal.
