  Workmate takes a lot of the annoying email ping-pong out of scheduling. I like that I can just cc it and let it handle the follow-ups, especially when people forget to reply. The human verification part also gives me a bit more trust than most AI tools. Setup took me a little time to get right, and once or twice the instructions needed tweaking, but after that it ran pretty smooth. Not magic, but def saves me time each week.
