- **5/5** — The Fastest way to Find users for Product Research — Maximus Choi, 2026-07-16
Lightster made recruiting interview participants much faster than searching on my own. I was able to connect with people matching my ideal customer profile, run surveys, and schedule interviews in one place. It's a great tool for founders and product teams that want fast, high-quality user feedback without the usual recruiting hassle.

If you’re trying to validate ideas quickly, Deal Lightster is a huge shortcut. Instead of hunting for users, you can instantly connect with your target audience and get real feedback in hours, not weeks.
- **4.5/5** — Incredible user feedback software — Hope Strickland, 2025-12-28
Lightster is super helpful for connecting with your target users/customers for interviews and feedback.
- **4/5** — Decent — Erika Lemke, 2024-05-12
I've been using Lightster for a few weeks now, and it's been alright. The user matches are decent, but the chat feature is limited for free users. The app is easy to navigate, but it could use some more features to enhance the feedback process. It's a good tool and the cashback from Nachonacho was enticing, so we'll keep using it. We're hooked now, but might consider other alternatives for Lightster in the future.
- **5/5** — Insights made easy — Johnnie Friesen, 2023-11-17
I just came upon Lightster and wow, what a piece of software! The diversity and quality of user profiles are mind-blowing. The platform's simplicity allows me to connect with potential users effortlessly. The chat feature is a life-saver, allowing me to directly engage with users and gather valuable feedback.
- **4/5** — Super handy — Milton Williamson, 2023-07-14
Lightster is a handy tool for product feedback. The instant matching feature is quite useful to connect with potential users. However, the limit on free chats can be a bit restrictive. The survey and user testing options provide valuable insights. It would be great if more matches were available per day. The website could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness, however.
