Bubbles is a free screen recorder and AI meeting notetaker to help turn conversations into actions.

## About

Use AI to record, transcribe, and summarize meetings into automatically assigned and personalized actions. Then eliminate live meetings by sharing feedback with screen recordings. Bring back speed and accountability to flexible async collaboration by setting a timer to async conversations. Why timers? Timers add urgency and accountability to async meetings. They enable you to get the best of both worlds: you and your team can do heads down work while keeping the ball moving in a timely manner. Get your point across with quick videos rather than hour-long meetings. When you do meet, Bubbles changes meetings from time-sinks to time-savers.

## Reviews

- **5/5** — Go to for team meetings — Phillip Austin, 2025-07-30
I use Bubbles on every Zoom & Teams call - while I stay focused, it transcribes, summarizes, and auto‑generates action items. Post-meeting, I can comment via video, screen, or text right in the recording. It’s simple, saves hours, and cuts down follow-ups - love it!
- **5/5** — Keep your teams focused and more efficient than ever before — Haley Price, 2025-06-11
As CEO, I value UseBubbles for its AI‑powered meeting transcripts, action‑item extraction, and async video recordings. SOC 2 compliance adds critical data security. It empowers our teams to stay focused, efficient, and secure.
- **4.5/5** — Great bubbles discount - we use it daily! — Haley Hendricks, 2025-04-30
We use this software product daily and won't be switching to a competitor any time soon. The bubbles cashback comes every month, which helps offset our costs.
- **4/5** — Excellent software — Pablo Oconnell, 2024-11-30
Bubbles truly spices up the way we tackle meetings! Love the mix of video and text for team updates. It pushes us to keep things rolling. Still, navigation could be slicker. Solid tool for collaboration aficionados.
