So, emotional intelligence is really a blend of emotional awareness, social awareness, and self-awareness. So, it's really about understanding your own emotions and also empathizing with others. That's awesome! In terms of essential skills for professionals in the age of AI, what do you think are the most critical skills? Yeah, definitely. I think in the age of AI, decision-making and goal-setting skills will become even more critical than ever before. AI can handle a lot of complex tasks, but human beings are still needed to make decisions and set goals. Yeah, that's awesome. What are some of your top tips for effective goal setting? Yeah, definitely. I think the first thing is to be specific and measurable. Using a framework like SMART goals helps you define your goals and make them tangible. Yeah, that's great. And tip number two? Tip number two is to break down big goals into smaller, manageable actions. That way, you can actually take action and make progress. Yeah, that's awesome. And tip number three? Tip number three is to align your goals with your personal purpose and values. This helps you stay committed and motivated. Yeah, that's awesome. And tip number four? Tip number four is to use accountability tools—whether it's AI companions or human partners—to help you stay on track. Yeah, that's great. And tip number five?
