## Summary

In this interview, Max Karambelas, CEO of CloudGo AI, discusses how his platform bridges the gap between high-level business intent and technical cloud execution. By utilizing a proprietary, weekly-updated knowledge graph rather than a general LLM, CloudGo allows users—ranging from non-technical CEOs to experienced engineers—to deploy, audit, and maintain production-grade infrastructure through simple prompts. The tool focuses on "deterministic" results, ensuring that cloud setups are cost-optimized, secure, and compliant while removing the manual "grunt work" typically required to keep up with the rapidly changing cloud landscape. Key Takeaways From Intent to Infrastructure : CloudGo translates simple business directives or documents (like pitch decks and landing pages) into production-ready, professional-grade cloud configurations. Real-Time Knowledge Graph : Unlike general AI tools, CloudGo uses a database updated weekly with the latest cloud documentation and best practices to ensure infrastructure is never outdated. "Human-in-the-Loop" Security : The platform offers a tiered approach, starting with read-only access for audits and advice to eliminate the risk of AI "hallucinations" or accidental deletions in production. Business-Level Insights : The tool is designed for non-technical stakeholders, providing empirical cost-modeling and KPI reports to show how business growth will impact cloud spending. Automated Maintenance & Audits : CloudGo continuously monitors for vulnerabilities and optimizations, allowing a single mid-level engineer to perform tasks that previously required entire senior DevOps teams.

Featuring: Max Karambelas, CEO & Founder of CloudGo AI Host: Andy, NachoNacho Introduction to CloudGo AI Andy: Good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to another NachoTuesday. Today I have Max here with CloudGo AI. Without further ado, Max, we’d love for you to introduce yourself and your company. Max: Hi. As Andy said, I'm Max, the CEO and founder of CloudGo AI. Basically, we are an AI-powered cloud deployment and advisory platform that turns business intent into production-ready cloud infrastructure. Andy: Great. How did you get started with CloudGo? Where did the idea come from? Max: I actually got the idea in university. I took a cloud deployment class and realized while using AI tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, and Claude that AIs were actually quite bad at taking intent and producing production-grade infrastructure. Because the cloud is constantly updating, the research required to stay up to date seemed impossible for standard models. It got the gears turning: what if there was an AI that could really do this and provide production-ready output from a simple business directive? Andy: How many years have you guys been in business? Max: We actually just crossed the one-year threshold back in September, so we’re about a year and a half old now. The first year involved building our proprietary database and working with industry experts to ensure the product could hit that "prompt-to-production" grade output. Now, we’re hitting the ground running and helping people change how they interact with the cloud. How the Technology Works Andy: How do AI-first, no-code tools translate business-level intent into a valid cloud configuration? Max: We maintain a database that updates weekly with all current cloud documentation. We take your intent and match it not just to articles, but to best practices, newsletters, and industry use cases. Additionally, we ingest customer profile information. We don't just connect to your environment; we look at your organizational structure, industry, and geography. We use that to determine the best cloud strategy specifically for your company, rather than providing the general answers you might get from a standard LLM. We handle the application of the knowledge for you. Andy: It sounds like you offer a more nuanced, "white glove" approach because you really understand their specific hosting needs. Max: Exactly. Our continuously updated cloud knowledge graph allows us to understand relationships between services, constraints, costs, and best practices across providers. We reason over them deterministically. Our philosophy is simple: infrastructure decisions should be correct, explainable, and repeatable. Optimization and Speed Andy: What kind of gains do your clients typically see in terms of speed, cost, and efficiency compared to traditional platforms? Max: There are huge gains in both optimization and time. We find vulnerabilities or cost-saving opportunities that were missed during the initial setup. Because cloud documentation changes daily, we can send you a notification if a resource we built two months ago is now outdated or has a new vulnerability. Instead of engineers spending weeks researching a fix, CloudGo can identify the issue, suggest a fix, and show the impact on production in about 20 seconds. You can implement it and get back to work in minutes. Andy: How does this affect team structure? Can companies operate with fewer people? Max: It definitely cuts down on maintenance hours. For example, if a consultant or Managed Service Provider (MSP) usually assigns a whole team to perform quarterly health checks, they can now have a single mid-level engineer use CloudGo to scan the infrastructure and generate a report in minutes. It provides immense leverage for tasks that most companies usually neglect because they are tedious. Business Accessibility and Use Cases Andy: Is the platform business-friendly? Could a non-technical CEO use it to see KPIs and optimization data? Max: Yes, we have the lowest barrier to entry of any similar tool. We have PMs, founders, and CEOs using it. If you have a high-level business goal—like adding a new feature or growing your user base—you can ask the system how that will impact your cloud costs over the next six months. It performs the technical scan in the background and provides a concise report. Andy: Which projects benefit most from AI-powered no-code deployment, and which are less suited? Max: The best fits are "greenfield" applications, internal tools, data pipelines, and standard SaaS backends. It's also great for staging and QA environments. It is less suited for extremely bespoke, highly experimental, or very old legacy environments. We often help healthcare clients migrate away from 20-year-old infrastructure into something modern, but working directly within those legacy deployments is more difficult. Risk Mitigation and Security Andy: What about the downsides? How do you handle concerns regarding AI hallucinations, security, or "deleting the codebase"? Max: That is a major concern with many AI tools. To mitigate this, we use a tiered approach. If you start with our "Advisor" tier, you only give us read-only access. It is physically impossible for our system to change your production environment in that tier. We also encrypt all keys and follow security best practices. We focus on advising and suggesting, keeping a human in the loop to prevent any unintended changes. Andy: So a human can review everything before it goes live? Max: Yes. When we suggest a change, we don't just say "swap this database." We show you the evidence, the logs, and the cost modeling based on your last six months of usage. It’s an empirical calculation, not a hallucination. You can see the impact on your SLA and fail rate before you ever hit "deploy." The Future of CloudGo Andy: What capabilities do you expect to emerge in the next two to five years? Max: We are pushing toward full "autopilot" support. We want to go from an idea to production-grade infrastructure that iterates automatically as your organization changes. If your team structure or market region shifts, the cloud deployment should evolve with you. Andy: Where can people find you? Max: You can find us at CloudGo.ai. We offer a free trial where you can get a free cloud audit. We are also running a special for Q1 2026 where if you book a demo, we will walk you through a cloud audit for free, and you'll leave with a concrete action plan for cost and security optimization. Andy: Max, we are very excited to have CloudGo in the NachoNacho marketplace. Everyone needs what you guys are building. Looking forward to a great 2026! Max: Thank you, Andy. Looking forward to it as well.
